The Apotheke Kirchberg in Austria has changed its store concept and almost completely dispenses with product shelves in self service area an behind the sales counters. Instead, the consultation takes place with the help of multi-touch consulting terminals at the sales counters. The OTC consulting tool additionally supports the pharmacy staff.
